At STARK Carpet, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury floor coverings and offer a seamless return process for eligible, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders, cut-to-size rolls, and installed carpets are final sale and cannot be returned.

Submit a Request

Contact our client services team or log into your account to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your eligible rug or accessory.

Prepare for Shipping

Carefully repackage your item in its original protective heavy-duty plastic wrap or equivalent shipping materials to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

Schedule Pickup

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a concierge pickup or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse confirms the item is in its original, pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
